At the moment, we only ship to NZ, but we are working on expanding to more countries.

Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you can expect a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new fashion items right away!

Returns

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reading our return policy, which you can find in the footer of our website. If you would like to request a return, simply send us an email. Our team is ready to assist you and guide you through the return process.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, make sure to provide a suitable solution.
