What is the delivery time?


The delivery time consists of two phases:

 1.Processing time


Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

2.Delivery time


New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by New Zealand Post.

 

All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

 

What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage of the package.

 

Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number. The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu of our website. For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple parts.

 

My tracking number does not work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If the tracking still does not provide any information after a few days, customer service can be contacted.
